The following are taken from a selection of our many satisfied customers.

Because our organisation was going through a massive service change, we set Training the Carer a really tough job: to get 23 staff through their NVQ's in six-nine months. The majority of the NVQ's were at Level 3, but there were also some at Level 2, Level 4, and the Registered Manager Award.

Our staff were very apprehensive about the timescale in which they had to complete, but Training the Carer provided motivation and support. Our staff completed their NVQ's and found the experience both rewarding and positive. Brilliant result! '

'Training the Carer has been delivering Manual Handling, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Infection Control and POVA training for Employment Plus since November 2006.

The delivery of the courses are well thought through and ensures that the attendees understand the content, by involving their participation from the start with pre and post questionnaires that relate to the course content.

The delivery of the course is highly professional and the trainer's knowledge of the course content has always been of a high standard. Handouts are presented to the attendees and are well presented.

We have also been impressed by the fact that the Trainer gives feedback on individuals, whether it be of a positive or negative nature. This enables us to have a good insight as to our candidate's level of knowledge on the relevant module.
