Mission Statement

Training the Carer aim to provide a high quality service in training, assessment and verification, taking into account the pressures care staff are faced with and the individual needs of the candidate. We pride ourselves on a flexible approach, high standards and building good relationships, enabling the candidate to complete their award.

We also aim to provide a learning environment in which each individual will have an equal opportunity to realise his or her full potential

Training the Carer has been the first training provider to have successfully met the Surrey Care Association Training Provider Quality Benchmark.

We provide
